Hey Chris,
Thanks for sharing. Have you updated your supplements list?
It would be really cool to have a nice matrix of symptom to supplement guide.

I loved this podcast so much , I now that lack of nutrition has been part of why I had depression most of my life. My mom was a alcoholic and heroine addiction . She committed suicide when I was 7. Years ago I had a gastric bypass which I feel led to even more nutrient deficiencies. This opened the door to my alcoholism .
I found Chrises book out of desperation and am starting my journey with Chrises book and podcast and using Sinclair method.
I wanted to add that it’s important to get right vitamin C , I have learned so much also from Dr. Berg and the amazing dr. Darren Schmidt both incredible experts on nutrition and keto.
