I’m with you with that opinion about what you mentioned in your elevation recovery podcast, that people should be more aware of exercise in detox. Because I think it is the most feeling good chemicals releasing things you can do with yourself.
And I’m happy that nowadays in the podcast there is so much more information about all these other things too than only meds. Because dealing with life when being an addict and when detox is over. That is the time when the fighting starts for a better life. Detox is just a scratch in the recovery journey. I have been one who has bought your 4.0 program and I love it.
If you read this matt. There is one podcast idea for you and Chris. It touches me right now very much because I screwed up big time. and relapsed for three months straight. And now I’m in the starting point again. But back for that podcast idea.! I would love to hear a podcast chapter for the people who are just starting detox and recovery.
