Another awesome episode guys! This dynamic and thought-provoking duo, are as fun to listen to, as they are charismatic – they provide solid information, excellent personal insight/experiences and valuable resources! I have already picked up and begun reading Thinner Leaner Stronger as well as The Four Tendencies (Atomic Habits coming soon). Upon reading The Four Tendencies, it turns out that I’m actually an obliger that varies into obliger/rebel! Makes a lot of sense to me and it’s a fun, easy read. I can’t recommend this podcast enough 🙂
