I really enjoyed this , but I can say some of the most driven people are over weight and do make good quality friends. It’s just they may not have found true solutions for health . My bfs dad used to work out fir hours and try to eat right according to the governments wrongful food Pyramid.
I introduced him to Keto and he’s already lost over 50 pounds and hasn’t been this weed since he was in his 50s and he is 67 right now.
Anyways I am also on this journey and you and Chris’s podcast and info really make a difference in our lives and we share.
We are using Sinclair method but am hoping to be AF combined with the empowering info you guys share . We are very low income so very grateful that you offer this … when we become more prosperous we definitely will shoot some funds your way. It is your education that is paving the way to greater prosperity.
Much Love

Hi Dawn, I really loved reading your comment. I totally agree with everything you said, and when I was the most financially successful it was because I let my health go and just worked all day every day. Keto is really a stellar diet, I did it and felt really good. Thanks for posting such a thoughtful comment and for the feedback regarding our podcast. We love reading feedback like this, and it keeps us motivated to continue delivering. Much Love – Matt

That was the most comprehensive self-evaluation I’ve ever taken. Not sure the -10 to 10 scale is helpful but the questions along with the podcast explanations make for quite the New Year wake-up call. Will start on Step 2 once I recover from brutal honesty and mortification 🙂
