*Started waking up at 4 am, sometimes 3 am and sometimes as early as 1 am, get a lot of focused uninterrupted work done then take a nap, then wake up and already have gotten more done by 7-8 am than most get done in a 6-8 hour day at work.
*Got back to writing my book and am now 4-6 days or less away from finishing the first draft in entirety.
*Decreased the time I spend on Facebook and watching YouTube videos significantly and now watch a few videos a week max and only go on Facebook a few times per week instead of per day.
*Going for 2-3 walks per day almost every day.
*Feeling great from taking my Chinese tonic adaptogen herbs he she wou, schizandra, spring dragon longevity drops (gynostemma, eluthero, etc.), cordyceps mushroom, ran out of reishi.
*Meditating several times a week and listening to subliminal messages every night while falling asleep, while asleep, and while waking up. For abundance, wealth, prosperity, success, and more.
*Practicing patience in regards to waiting for business to pick back up and especially in regards to the gym up the street YMCA reopening. I’m bummed too because the parks are closed so I can’t go do pull-ups and dips and I’m not getting good enough workouts using my limited home equipment, and all the stuff online like good pull-up bars have been out of stock for weeks. Once the gym opens again I’m going to be happy happy happy and get some killer workouts in right away.
*Started taking liquid b-complex mixture that I feel is working really well and way better than anything else I’ve used, it’s methylated too.
*Been taking new vitamin D3 dummies instead of a soft gel and they seem to work better too, although it could be a placebo effect.
*Ran out of my HGH gel so I’m not sleeping through the night and my muscles are getting smaller but I can’t afford the $150 for a supplement right now.
