I am clean two months from alcohol. Lost almost 40 pounds I was meditating and Ddp yoga. Then I got sick got on ventilator. I am home but depression won’t leave . I do take supplements I have soooooo many of them but I am still not sure how to find out which ones best . I have listened to most of your podcasts read drinking sucks … fast not sure how to make myself feel better but you guys always make me feel better after I listen to you guys any suggestions
